Refund and Return Policy

We are pretty sure our products won’t disappoint you but, this is just in case something goes wrong (Don’t worry, we’re here!).

Each of our products is carefully handcrafted and while we try to deliver exactly as in the picture, there might be a very slight difference as they are handmade entirely.

We don’t offer returns/exchanges in our pieces, however, in case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, here is what you need to do :

  • Update us within two working days via Email or Ping us on Instagram.
  • Your item will then be exchanged.
  • The unboxing video is mandatory.
